Leasa rejoined STM as Practice Manager in September 2018 after a previous tenure with STM as Practice Manager from 2001 - 2005. Leasa has over 15 years of public practice experience and has worked in a variety of industries including aviation, health and in the public sector. Leasa holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management),

 is a Certified member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and is currently studying towards a Master of Human Resource Management. Her key strengths include her analytical ability, assisting the organisation with process design and utilising resources for the most efficient and quality-driven outcomes. Leasa looks forward to assisting clients directly with their HR and IR needs and assisting the team to achieve their personal and business goals.
