Jess works in the BAS Team, preparing business and instalment activity statements for clients. She grew up in Rochester and has spent 16 years in administration and brings to STM a wealth of professional knowledge and exceptional customer service. Jess holds Diplomas in Business and Management.

Jess has two boys, Max and Nate and in her spare time enjoys the company of family and friends, horse riding and reading.
